One Methodology, Two Audiences

Adapting branding and positioning principles for job seekers and entrepreneurs.
The project
We developed two separate training courses built around branding and positioning: a personal branding course for job seekers and a product branding course for entrepreneurs.
Although the two audiences had very different objectives, both courses were designed around the same fundamental challenge: understanding the value you offer and communicating it clearly to the right audience.
The approach
Rather than applying the same content to both groups, we adapted the methodology, language and exercises to reflect their different needs.
- For job seekers, the focus was on helping participants identify their strengths, clarify their professional direction and communicate their value with greater confidence.
- For entrepreneurs, the course focused on defining a product’s audience, differentiation and market position, creating a stronger foundation for branding and communication.
Our contribution
We were responsible for shaping the course concepts, structure and learning experience, including:
- Adapting the branding methodology for each audience
- Developing the course materials and practical exercises
- Defining the messaging and positioning of the courses
- Making strategic concepts accessible to participants without a marketing background
The result
The courses are still ongoing, but the initial response has been positive. So far, around 20 people have participated in the courses, while approximately 60 attended the introductory seminars.
Each course is limited to a maximum of 10 participants, allowing for direct engagement and individual support as participants apply the methodology to their own professional or business projects.
Due to the high level of interest, a second round of courses is now being planned.
