It was my first time… and I had a blast.

This week I taught my first class on branding and positioning. I’ve done workshops before (usually 1:1 or with a single team) but helping a whole group of people at once opened my eyes to something new.

I genuinely loved it, and I can’t wait for the full course to start, as this was just an introductory seminar.

I also had the chance to connect with people during the breaks, hear their stories, and I already feel like I’ve taken each of their situations to heart. I really hope everyone walks away with something useful, and goes on to succeed.

At the same time, there was a more sobering side to it. This seminar was for people looking for work, and it made one thing very clear: the job market is tough right now. Visibility matters. A lot. And even a small shift can make a difference...this is my north star for this course: to help people become just a bit more visible, more clear, and more confident in how they present themselves. I am very excited 😊
